12 Philippine Companies Make It to TIME's Best Companies in 2024

TIME has unveiled its inaugural 1,000 World’s Best Companies list—with 12 Philippine companies making the cut for 2024. Ayala Corporation leads the pack at the 274th place. 

The companies were ranked based on three main categories: employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency.

Prominent conglomerates and holding companies from the Philippines included in the list are San Miguel Corporation, SM Investments, Jollibee Foods Corporation, Aboitiz Group, Robinsons Retail Holdings, and Alliance Global, so it's a group that covers various sectors from business services to food and beverage.

The banking and financial services sector is also well-represented with Security Bank Corporation, China Bank, and Metropolitan Bank and Trust making it to the elite 1000.

Impressively, Security Bank Corporation had both the highest employee satisfaction rank at 5th place and the highest sustainability rank at 632nd place out of the 12 Philippine companies on the list.
